The final season of Netflix's Never Have I Ever dropped on June 8, and the cast, shockingly, includes Jeff Garlin. Garlin faced some scrutiny in late 2021 when allegations of misconduct on the set of The Goldbergs were leaked. According to reports, the actor had been under investigation by ABC for multiple years for his problematic behavior on set, including how he acted verbally and physically toward the cast and crew of the sitcom. After word got out about the investigation, Garlin and ABC came to the mutual decision that the actor should exit The Goldbergs in December 2021.
