Mortal Kombat 2 Fan Art Imagines Karl Urban’s Johnny Cage
Following reports that Karl Urban was in negotiations to join the Mortal Kombat 2 cast, a new fan art imagines his version of Johnny Cage. Currently known for his role as William “Billy” Butcher on The Boys, the New Zealand-born actor first came to international attention in the 1990s thanks to his role in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and Xena: Warrior Princess. Most recently, reports emerged that he is also being eyed to play Mortal Kombat’s Hollywood action star Johnny Cage in the sequel to the 2021 cinematic reboot of the popular video game.
