Summer Baking Championship Announced By Food Network
Food Network announced the newest installment in its Baking Championship franchise: Summer Baking Championship. The new dessert competition is the sixth series in the franchise, which currently includes Kids Baking Championship, Holiday Baking Championship, Halloween Baking Championship, Spring Baking Championship, and its spin-off Spring Baking Championship: Easter. Each of these baking championship shows features dessert challenges and weekly eliminations, until one contestant is crowned the champion by the judges.
Food Network shared that Summer Baking Championship will premiere with two back-to-back episodes on Monday, May 15. Hosted by Bachelor's Jesse Palmer, the show features judges Duff Goldman, Carla Hall, and Damaris Phillips. They will judge the summer-themed desserts of 10 superb bakers including Alyssa Alcantara, John Boyle, Kyle Davis, Kristina Krause, and Yohann Le Bescond.
