As the genetically engineered clone of Orochimaru, Mitsuki possesses skills and powers that go well beyond his young age, and he shows them, including his impressive Sage Mode.

Chapter #79 of Boruto reveals the truth about Eida's mysterious ability, showing that this is actually an even more broken Otsutsuki power called Omnipotence, which essentially can make any desire become reality.
