Showtime shake-up hits entertainment heads Gary Levine and Jana Winograde
The US premium network is set to be integrated into the Paramount+ streamer later this year.
Showtime co-presidents of entertainment Gary Levine and Jana Winograde have had their positions eliminated in the wake of the move to integrate the US premium network into its sister streaming service Paramount+.
Winograde will be leaving Paramount and Levine will become a senior creative advisor. Levine has been at Showtime for more than 20 years and Winograde for six. Together they led the network’s push into original series programming with projects including Yellowjackets, Dexter, Billions, Your Honor and the recently launched Tulsa King.
