The last arc to be animated for the Bleach anime before it originally ended was the Fullbringer arc, a manga canon storyline that is about as unpopular as some of the anime's filler. But that doesn't mean that the Fullbringer arc (Bleach's version of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure) was without impacts on the ongoing story, and one of the ways that manifested was by introducing Xcution.

The group known as Xcution are a secret society of humans who can use a special power known as Fullbring. Fullbringers are said to be spiritually aware humans who came into contact with one of Bleach's Hollows before being born.
