While we’re waiting on Capcom’s upcoming Resident Evil 4 remake, a fan has apparently found some neat pieces of leftover code in the Ultimate HD edition of Resident Evil 4 (which you can snag here). It turns out that among other things, not only did Capcom leave in Tyrant from the Resident Evil remake, but you can actually activate and spawn him in Resident Evil 4!

According to Twitter user emoose, the Tyrant’s AI & data from REmake is buried within RE4‘s code, and can be activated by change around a few bytes. What’s interesting is that the Ultimate HD version of RE4 came to the PC back in 2014, while the HD version of REmake came out in 2015.
