Alien 3's decision to kill Newt already went over poorly with viewers - which is why the filmmakers wisely cut a graphic autopsy scene featuring the character. From Superman II to World War Z or Justice League, many Hollywood blockbusters have featured tortured productions. Even among that pantheon, Alien 3 - which cut Many scenes - is something special.
