Elden Ring: The Wormfaces Are More Scary Than You Think

Wormfaces are among the most frightening monsters in Elden Ring, but they might be even scarier than players first thought. These humanoid creatures draw the Tarnished toward them with their child-like cries, only to attack players by vomiting Death Blight at them. The larger female Wormfaces have an even scarier attack where they pick the Tarnished up and shove them into their tentacled faces. But while these aspects of Wormfaces are enough to make them terrifying, their hidden lore is even worse.

Like most of Elden Ring’s characters, the Wormfaces are connected to the religious battles occurring in the Lands Between. Given that they vomit Death Blight, the Wormfaces appear to be related to Godwyn the Golden, Elden Ring's Prince of Death.
