Escape Plan, the 2013 prison break movie that co-starred '80s action icons Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, ended up being a bit of a disappointment for fans who grew up wondering what it'd be like if those two big screen badasses shared the screen together. It was pulpy, but not quite up to snuff on a story level. Now there's a sequel brewing, but it appears that only one of the duo will be returning for it.

Deadline reports that Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films is working on a sequel, and Stallone will reprise his role as prison architect Ray Breslin — only this time, it will be in a supporting capacity. Miles Chapman, who wrote the first film, is coming back to write the sequel, which will gear up for production in Ohio and China (where the film performed extremely well) early next year with a planned start date of March 15th.
