Shortly after Vicci's performance, Carson revealed that Koryn Hawthorne was safe. Then Craig Wayne Boyd hit the stage to perform "I'm Still Here." Shortly after that, Carson let everyone know that Joshua Davis was safe. which meant that India Carney and Kimberly Nichole had to sing for the instant save. India Carney sang "Perfect." Kimberly Nichole sang "Seven Nation Army." Then finally, after the last break of the night, Carson revealed that India Carney won the instant save, leaving poor Kimberly Nichole on the outs and going home.
