Rick Springfield Joins ‘True Detective’ Season Two
Singer-songwriter and former “General Hospital” star Rick Springfield announced via Twitter that he has joined the cast of HBO’s anthology series “True Detective.”

HBO wouldn’t confirm any further details on his role on the series, which also stars Taylor Kitsch and Vince Vaughn.
Springfield, who is repped by UTA, also recently completed filming “Rick and the Flash” opposite Meryl Streep.
