Aaron Paul has been cast in The 9th Life of Louis Drax.
The actor will star with Jamie Dornan in director Alexandre Aja's adaptation of Liz Jensen's best-selling novel.
The film will centre around a psychologist (Dornan) who takes on the case of a young boy who has suffered a near-fatal fall.
He discovers that the events surrounding the accident are far more strange and miraculous than he ever guessed.
Paul will play the boy's father, who comes under suspicion over the fall.
The actor will next be seen in Ridley Scott's Exodus: Gods and Kings.
The 9th Life of Louis Drax is yet to announce a release date.
