Former Corrie star Amanda Barrie set for Benidorm
Amanda Barrie will play a psychic in the new series of 'Benidorm'. The former 'Coronation Street' actress - who played cafe boss Alma Baldwin for more than 15 years - is set to join the comedy as Psychic Sue, in a role which will reunite her with former soap co-star Sherrie Hewson. A source told the Daily Star newspaper: ''It's a thrill to have Amanda back on the box. She and Sherrie are a hoot together.''
