Amazing Spider-Man 2 UK release moved forward
The Amazing Spider-Man 2's UK release date has been moved forward by two days.
Sony Pictures' superhero sequel will be released on Wednesday, April 16, ahead of the previously planned April 18 release.
Director Marc Webb has returned for the sequel with stars Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield.
It will see Peter Parker (Garfield) delve further into the mystery of his parents' disappearance, while going toe-to-toe with Electro (Jamie Foxx), Green Goblin (Dane DeHaan) and Rhino (Paul Giamatti).
Drew Goddard has been confirmed as the director of upcoming spinoff Sinister Six.
Shailene Woodley - who was cast as Mary Jane Watson before being cut from the film - has said that she does not expect to return for Sony's later films.
