Justin Bieber was arrested early Thursday morning in Miami Beach, where he was charged with DUI, resisted arrest and having an expired driver's license. Before Bieber was pulled over by police officers, he was seen leaving the nightclub with model Chantel Jeffries. Video: Justin Bieber's Arrest Allegedly Captured Bieber's musician friend, Khalil Sharieff, who was also arrested, posted a photo on Instagram showing Jeffries in the yellow Lamborghini with the "Believe" singer. The 21-year-old Jeffries, who is signed with Wilhelmina Models, describes herself as a "student, model, eyebrow connoisseur, animal lover and a deep thinker" on Twitter.
