Fox News Slapped With Another Lawsuit Over Live Suicide Airing
Another family member of the man who killed himself during Fox News’ live coverage of a police chase is suing the channel. Nature Romero, whose brother, JoDon, shot himself in the head after a short police chase in Sept. 2012, sued Fox News on Friday for intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress and negligence. According to the suit obtained by TheWrap, Romero watched the event on “Studio B” without realizing that the man was her brother.
