Shirvington's "Embrace" Becomes A Series
The CW has given a script order to a supernatural drama series adaptation of Jessica Shirvington's young-adult novel "Embrace" says The Live Feed.
The story revolves around Eden, a young woman who discovers that she's half angel and the key to a centuries-old war between fallen angels and their earthly protectors.
Bill Laurin and Glenn Davis are on board to write and executive produce. This joins the also in development "Copeland Prep" for the network which has found success in recent years with supernatural dramas such as "Supernatural" and "The Vampire Diaries".
