Ashley Benson Thinks She and Joe Jonas Could Make Cute Couple
Ashley Benson recently spoke up about the reason why people once assumed that she dated Joe Jonas. The starlet who is famously known for playing Hanna Marin on "Pretty Little Liars" revealed that the rumor emerged after they exchanged a few of cute tweets.
"He tweeted me! We know each other just from hanging around," she said in an interview for her cover story in Seventeen magazine's September issue. "It's so funny because once you tweet someone, everybody sees it. And they're like, 'Oh my God, is she going out with Joe Jonas?' "
"I got so many messages, and the next day it's all over these gossip sites, 'She's going out with Joe Jonas!' " the 21-year-old actress gushed. However, she poured cold water on it, clarifying that they're just friends. "I was like, 'Oh no! I'm not going out with him!' We're just very friendly," so the "Christmas Cupid" star said.
