Her early education was at the Convent of Jesus & Mary in Dehradun, after which she pursued a degree in Literature at Sri Venkateswara College, New Delhi. During her college years, Chakori was actively involved in theater, honing her acting skills with Verbum - The English Dramatics Society. To further refine her craft, she attended the Drama School Mumbai.
