I'm a full time costume technician for film. I'm a Men's Custom Maker with Local 705 Motion Picture Costumers, and make costumes from scratch for movies, TV, and commercials. My career transitioned from theatre to film by moving to Los Angeles after grad school. My costuming skills include pattern drafting, draping, and flat patterning; tailoring, and sewing on industrial machines such as straight stitch, zig zag, serger, merrow, blind hem, as well as by hand.
