Cyrill, originally from Switzerland, discovered his deep passion for artistic expression at a young age. Growing up in a quaint village near Zurich, he found solace and joy in acting, filmmaking, and singing, embracing each form as a means of storytelling. During his time in Switzerland, Cyrill graced the stage in various noteworthy productions, including George Orwell's "Animal Farm," William Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream," and took on lead roles in Arthur Miller's "The Crucible" and "The Beggar's Opera." He also had the privilege of captivating audiences as the lead in the youth musical "Underground," which toured throughout Switzerland.
Seeking to expand his artistic horizons and refine his skills, Cyrill embarked on a journey to Los Angeles. There, he humbly immersed himself in the study of method acting at the esteemed Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, under the guidance of renowned instructors. In his pursuit of artistic growth, he also explored the world of dance at the Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio in North Hollywood.
Following his time in Los Angeles, Cyrill embarked on a transformative adventure, embracing a nomadic lifestyle that allowed him to experience diverse cultures across the globe. During his travels, he undertook a documentary series The Swiss Nomad (2020) that became a profound source of inspiration for his first EP, "Soul's On Fire," and the accompanying music video Cyrill Reiser: Soul's on Fire (2023). Through this musical creation, Cyrill weaves a heartfelt story of hope, romance, and the universal journey of self-discovery. Drawing from his rich tapestry of human experiences, his work resonates with authenticity and offers a unique perspective on life.
