Sacha Stewart is a Canadian actress and singer born in Toronto. She attended the Arts York program at Unionville High School where she majored in Drama and graduated early with honors. Sacha went on to study and graduate from Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts in Toronto. She quickly began her professional career thereafter working with Lower Ossington Theatre, playing Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar (2014), Lil Inez in Hairspray (2015) and Chip in Beauty and The Beast (2015). With a desire to further her work internationally, Sacha performed in the Walt Disney Theatre with Disney Cruiseline in a string of shows including Disney's Believe and Aladdin (2015-2019).
Working towards a full body of work in film and TV, Sacha has made appearances on TV Shows; The Boys, Jett and Handmaid's Tale. In 2021, she performed in a web-series titled Malcolm & Monique. Moving towards creating suitable roles for herself and other Toronto-based actors, Sacha wrote and produced a short psychological thriller titled Inheritance (2022). Interested in creating more room for women of color to build expansive careers in film and TV, Sacha is creating and writing a female-led TV show alongside Crystal C. Rose and Queeny Kuffour.
