Mathew Swift is an actor, producer, writer and director. Born in South Africa, Mathew immigrated to Australia, and is now living between Gold Coast(AUS), Vancouver and Los Angeles. Mathew has made his debut in the film industry with Disney's Nautilus, Pirates of The Caribbean and Thor: Ragnarok.
From a young age, Matthew's life was marked by significant transitions. At the age of five, his family embarked on an immigration journey to Australia, where they settled in Brisbane, laying the foundation for his future endeavors. Mathew's journey took an unexpected turn when, at the age of seven, he discovered his passion for gymnastics. Tragically, his aspirations in gymnastics were abruptly cut short when he suffered a devastating physical accident shortly after turning sixteen.

His commitment to honing his craft further deepened through collaborations with distinguished acting mentors, including luminaries such as Helen Howard, Kristina Sexton, Peter Kent, and Peter Rasmussen.
