Carson Wentz
Carson Wentz was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles
with the No. 2-overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft,
becoming the franchise's highest-drafted player since
QB Donovan McNabb (also second overall) in 1999. A
two-year team captain at North Dakota State, Wentz
led the Bison to back-to-back NCAA Division I FCS
national championships in 2014 and 2015. In his two
seasons as a starter, Wentz compiled an impressive
20-3 overall record while logging 4,762 passing yards
and 42 passing touchdowns, along with 936 rushing
yards and 12 rushing touchdowns.
