Ben Alencar

Ben Alencar is a Brazilian-American actor living in Los Angeles. He was born in São Paulo, Brazil and grew up in South Florida. Ben has had many opportunities in his formative years to experience a multitude of outlets of talents and exploration. As a teenager he discovered his passion of acting, which introduced him to a new pursuit in life. He studied acting at Vanguard University before choosing to leave the university setting to pursue acting full time. Ben has been ardently committed to his goal as an actor, studying at some of LA's most well known acting schools. From dramatic scene study at Ivana Chubbuck, to the master class of Sitcom acting at Scott Sedita Acting Studios, along with many other acting classes, Ben has honed in on his craft and his type. Ben Alencar has found success embodying roles such as: the passionate nerd, the guy who is down on his luck but finds hope in every situation, a dark figure with terrifying secret, or the jock who secretly has depth to him. He is fluent in not only English but also Portuguese. He is also proficient in Spanish. His passion for multiple languages and acting, has flourished in his work with dubbing and voice over animation. Ben lives a very active lifestyle. He skateboards daily and enjoys cycling and many other forms of exercise. From his magnetic energy to his fun loving demeanor, those who've worked with Ben admire his endearing attitude, hard work ethic, passion, and witty sense of humor. He's a lover of cinema and television and hopes to leave his mark on the community
