After a premiere at the SXSW Film Festival last month, Ned Benson’s romantic drama The Greatest Hits is making its way to streaming on Hulu. The film, a love story with a unique sci-fi twist, is a crowd-pleasing charmer, and much of that is thanks to its stars, Lucy Boynton (Bohemian Rhapsody) and Justin H. Min (The Umbrella Academy).
We at FandomWire had the opportunity to speak with Boynton and Min about their roles in the film before its release. Keep reading to find out what they had to say.
The Greatest Hits Interview
In the film, Boynton plays a character with a unique condition: any time she hears a song, she is transported back in time to the last time and place she heard it with her late boyfriend (David Corsenwet). We asked Boynton and Min if they were in the same situation, which song they would use...

Myles Shear, music manager to Norwegian DJ and record producer Kygo, has just closed on a new waterfront home in Miami Beach, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. The price: $8.6 million.
According to public records, Shear has acquired a 5,000-square-foot, five-bedroom house sited on a waterway not far from Miami Beach’s main strip of hotels and restaurants. The transaction closed on Oct. 5 in an off-market deal.
Its new owner — known as Manager Myles on Instagram — was born and raised in Miami, according to Ocean Drive Magazine, and is the co-founder, along with Kygo, of Palm Tree Crew, which includes a live events business and investment platform. Shears discovered Kygo’s music on Soundcloud around a decade ago; the artist released his fourth album, Thrill of the Chase, last year.

In the last five years, Rita Ora has seemingly been everywhere: in the tabloids, as a panelist on The Masked Singer, a coach on The Voice Australia, in a handful of film roles including a supporting stint in Pokémon Detective Pikachu and collaborating on a smattering of singles with artists like Kygo, David Guetta and Tiësto. Canadian DJ/producer Frank Walker collaborates with UK singer-songwriter Ella Henderson on the sonically euphoric, lyrically bittersweet “I Go Dancing” – a key sentiment for Walker as dance music has become his guiding force. Music video featuring both artists to follow.
Walker’s catalog has clocked 400 million global streams, with a flurry of singles charting in the U.S. and Canada. Walker adds to that catalog with this dance-fueld heartbreak anthem as his first release of 2023. Towards the end of last year, Ella embarked on her first headline tour in seven years. Spanning seven dates across October ‘22, the tour kicks off in Newcastle on October 15th, followed by shows in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Oxford and Cardiff, concluding at London’s prestigious O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire.

Naomi Ackie gives audiences a glimpse into the life of Whitney Houston in director Kasi Lemmons’ new biopic “I Wanna Dance With Somebody,” and the new film is packed with a number of Houston’s hits.
Working with movement coach Polly Bennett and vocal coaches Tangela Large, Bridgette Jackson and Denise Woods, Ackie also underwent physical transformation with the help of numerous wigs and false teeth to cover the natural gap in her two front teeth.
Ackie doesn’t sing most songs in the film — she lip syncs to Houston’s perfect tracks instead — but she mimics Houston’s style of singing with great detail.
The “Queen of Rock n’ Roll” is back, but this time in plastic. Dropping a little before the 40th anniversary of Tina Turner‘s chart-topping 1984 hit single “What’s Love Got to Do With It“, Turner fans can now celebrate the icon with a brand new Barbie doll collectible ready to rock out on display.
With a look styled after the instantly-recognizable music video (and that hairstyle!), the new Tina Turner doll joins the ranks of other musicians like Gloria Estefan, Elvis Presley, and David Bowie honored in the Barbie Signature Music Collection.

Alexis Ren’s abs were accentuated in a tiny crop top for a recent set of photos centering the American model, actress, and influencer.
The tiny white top nearly resembled a sports bra, and it showed off the model’s incredibly toned abs. The top featured a curved neckline and straps, allowing the camera to capture Alexis’ toned arms and shoulders.
Alexis wore her long blonde hair loose and parted in the middle, letting it cascade over her shoulders in luscious locks. Her makeup appeared natural and accentuated her plump lips.
The Victoria’s Secret Angel posed in four different shots that brought out her beauty and glamour. The filter over the photos with muted colors gave them a timeless and nostalgic appeal.
Alexis completed her overall sultry and stylish look with long, manicured nails that she gracefully touched to her shoulder.

Alexis Ren wowed in a tight black dress.
The model always looks incredible at events and red carpets, and this time was no exception.
She left everyone with their jaws on the floor by sharing a picture of herself in an incredibly sexy dress.
Ren wore a tight black minidress that hugged her curves perfectly, showing off her athlethic and slim figure.
The dress was cut in a diagonal from her chest to her legs. A fine string tied the fabric together,, allowing the model to show some skin.
The top had a built-in bra, and the fabric made a little twist right below her neck, joining the two long sleeves together.

Joe Jonas paid tribute to one of his fellow early-aughts Disney Channel legends, Hilary Duff, with Dnce sharing a cover of the actress/singer’s 2004 hit, “Come Clean.”
The performance was about as unplugged as you can get, with guitarist JinJoo Lee strumming an acoustic guitar and drummer Jack Lawless using jazz brushes to keep an incredibly inventive beat on a tissue box. Meanwhile, Jonas uses his phone as a makeshift microphone, leaping into his falsetto to hit all the classic high notes on the “Come Clean” chorus.

It's the question on every "Outer Banks" fan's mind this week: are Chase Stokes and Madelyn Cline back together? Rumors are swirling that the former couple - who portray onscreen lovebirds John B and Sarah Cameron on the Netflix series - may be dating Irl again after they posed hand in hand on set. And before you say, "Oh, they were probably just in character and filming a scene," it doesn't seem likely they were.
In a series of photos snapped while filming season three of "Outer Banks," Stokes and Cline are holding hands in a sunny, palm-tree-filled field and walking alongside costars Rudy Pankow (JJ), Drew Starkey (Rafe), Carlacia Grant (Cleo), Madison Bailey (Kiara), and Jonathan Daviss (Pope). ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ to Steamroll ‘Matrix Resurrections,’ ‘Sing 2’ in Holiday Box Office Pileup
As the saying goes, hindsight is 20/20. But pandemic or not, it seems ambitious to have seven new movies scheduled to open nationwide in the wake of “Spider-Man: No Way Home.”
That’s right, seven new films — “The Matrix Resurrections” (Warner Bros.), “Sing 2” (Universal), “The King’s Man” (Disney and 20th Century), “The Tender Bar” (Amazon Studios), “A Journal for Jordan” (Sony) and “Licorice Pizza” (MGM) — will make their way to North American theaters around Christmas Day and attempt to lure audiences away from the box office behemoth that is “Spider-Man: No Way Home.”
Cue the voice on the other end of Liam Neeson’s ominous phone call in “Taken”: “Good luck.”
In non-plague times, it wouldn’t be unusual to slate several new films during the holiday season; the stretch between Christmas and New Year’s is typically the most lucrative time for moviegoing. But outside of comic book adaptations,...

Dolly Parton’s classic “Jolene” gets an overhaul for the dancefloor with a new remix. A rare officially sanctioned update of Parton’s work, “Jolene (Destructo Remix)” was released Friday.
Destructo, the producer/DJ guise of Gary Richards, builds on the rhythmic elements that made “Jolene” so compelling in its original form: the funky, minor-key guitar riff, the disco-lite beat, and brisk tempo are all ideal building blocks for remixing. Destructo adds subtle washes of synth, looping the first syllable of the word “Jolene” as a punchy house-beat drops.

After teasing it on social media earlier in the week, U2 has released the full-length “Your Song Saved My Life,” an original song the group and recorded for “Sing 2,” an animated musical set to hit theaters Dec. 22.
Although the new song doesn’t represent any vast jump in genre, U2 fans will recognize it as a departure from the group’s usual style, starting off with a gospel-pop style piano and elevating into orchestral accompaniment before wrapping up with a falsetto chorus and not many guitars in sight.
Several U2 catalog songs, including “Joshua Tree” favorites and “Stuck in a Moment You Can’t Get Out Of,” also appear in the movie, which has Bono taking on a lead voice role for the first time, envisioned as a lion. His character, Clay Calloway, is a legendary rock star who’s lived in seclusion since a tragedy 15 years earlier, and...
