- Leyla Tanlar is Turkish Italian actress. She was born on 13 December 1997 in Istanbul.
Through generations of her grandfather is from Istanbul. Her maternal family is Turkish origin who immigrated from Thessaloniki in 1900s. Her paternal grandmother came from a Levantines family who immigrated from Pesaro, Italy to Ottoman Empire in 1800s.
She graduated from Liceo Italiano I.M.I. She is studying "Department Media and Visual Arts" in Koc University. Also, she is studying minor program "Archaeology and Art of History" in Koc University.
After receiving her acting training in Akademi 35Buçuk, she began her Tv career by joining the cast of the Tv series "Paramparça" with the role of Cansu.
She also attended to the acting workshops of University of California At Los Angeles (UCLA).
She received " Most Promising Actress Award" from Gelisim University.
