The following contains spoilers for NOS4A2 season 2.
The first season of NOS4A2 ended with ambiguity. Charlie Manx is left injured and brain-dead, permanently trapped in the hospital. Vic McQueen discovers that she’s pregnant, putting a damper on her attempts to escape Haverhill and her old life. Bing Partridge is on the run from the cops, Manx’s partner in crime now left without a boss and with the authorities nipping at his heels. If the show stopped there, there’d be hanging threads, but there was confidence enough that evil was stopped, until it’s shown that a well-meaning mechanic bought the burnt hulk of the Wraith and has started to lovingly restore Charlie Manx’s murder-mobile. With a little help from Bing, Manx’s Wraith is back in action and Manx himself is able to staple himself together and get back to his evil ways.

NOS4A2 Season 2 Episode 10
For all the flack Game of Thrones gets for the way it ended, one of the things that the show always did that I appreciated was they didn’t save the big crazy finale for the last episode of the season. The ninth episode of the season always had the big shocking moments, and the tenth episode explored more of the after-effects of the big event and set the pace for the next season. “Bats” doesn’t quite do the same thing, but considering the bulk of the episode of NOS4A2 is more concerned with what happens after the escape from Christmasland and the aftermath of Charlie Manx, it’s pretty close.
It’s pretty clear early on in “Bats” that Charlie Manx isn’t doing so good. Every explosion in his Inscape racks his physical body with pain, every smashed window...

NOS4A2 Season 2 Episode 9
There’s a certain sadness that comes along with parenting. As a first-time parent of a toddler, I’ve been spared most of it, but even though my child is still in the early stages of learning to speak and developing higher motor functions, there’s already a little maudlin joy in watching her grow and change. The little potato-shaped baby I fed and cuddled on the couch doesn’t snuggle in immediately when you pick her up. If she wants something, she’s quick about expressing her opinion, mostly with body language. If she wants down, she’ll wiggle around until you let her down. If she wants to play with a certain toy, she’ll go get it and manually put it into your hand with the expectation that you’ll know what to do from there. It’s very funny,...

Once again, this show proves that it is in a different league when it comes to fleshing out characters.
NOS4A2 Season 2 Episode 8 put the spotlight on Chris McQueen, and it resulted in another terrific installment of this AMC drama.
If you watch NOS4A2 online, you know Chris has not been the best father, but learning about his past helped me understand some of his decisions.
From moving to the cabin in the woods to attempting to be a better person, it was an arc I did not expect or know that I wanted.
Deep down, Chris understood the profound effect his drinking and abusive past had on not only Vic but Linda.
Linda always said that despite his flaws, he was a good person, and I'm inclined to agree with that after witnessing the events of "Chris McQueen."
He was consumed with rage when he attacked Bing and derailed the entire rescue mission considerably.

Most 14-year-olds have no idea what they want to do with the rest of their lives, but Mattea Conforti has already found her calling. If you’re a fan of Power, you will probably recognize her as Elisa Marie Proctor, the young daughter of Ghost’s attorney, Joe Proctor. However, that wasn’t the actresses first big role. She was also the voice of young Elsa in the movie Frozen II and she has a role in the AMC series, NOS4A2 . Although her career is just getting started, Mattea is already proving that she has what it takes to stick around for

NOS4A2 Season 2 Episode 2
In a bisected episode, NOS4A2 digs deeply into the story of the show’s villain, Charlie Manx. On one hand, with trails of blood and ichor and a flayed open chest, “Good Father” tells the tale of his rebirth. Something gets Charlie Manx up off the slab and gives him juice enough to escape from police custody, after a great effort on his part. And in the other half of the episode? “Good Father” shows how a well-meaning dreamer goes from being a limo driver married to a beautiful, rich heiress to the dessicated vampire who opens the episode on a slab in a morgue and who lives off of the life energy of children brings home to Christmasland.

When it comes to playing polar opposite roles, it doesn't get much more diverse than a demon child and a Disney princess, but Mattea Conforti has recently brought both of those characters to life on screen. On AMC's NOS4A2 series (based on Joe Hill's novel of the same name), Conforti plays Millie Manx, the deadly daughter of Zachary Quinto's character, Charlie, and in Disney's Frozen II, she provides the voice for Young Princess Elsa, having also played Young Anna in the Broadway musical Frozen.
With NOS4A2 Season 2 now airing on AMC, we caught up with Conforti for our latest Q&a feature to discuss her eclectic roles, including working with Quinto and Ashleigh Cummings, the makeup process for Millie's creepy look, what it's like to hang out on the Christmasland set, and what viewers can expect from Millie on this season of NOS4A2.

When NOS4A2 returns later this month, it's going to be very familiar but look very different.
That's because when we meet them again, the people we've come to know are in a much different place after an eight-year time jump.
We've got a whole lot of information at our fingertips to share with you, and a groovy video that helps prepare you for what's to come.
Jami O'Brien, Executive Producer/Showrunner, says, "What's great about the eight-year time jump is it allows us to pick our characters up in a different space, so reinvent them, in a way.
"We're picking up damaged adults trying to, kind of, find their way through after an encounter with Charlie Manx as opposed to bright-eyed bushy-tailed teenagers, who we had last season."
Ashley Cummings, who (still) plays protaganist Vic McQueen, puts it more bluntly. "Season 2 Vic, you meet her shaked up with Lou in a double-wide in Gunbarrell,...

Val Kilmer stars in a new horror thriller called The Super and he makes sure to put on his creepy face. The story centers around a former cop who becomes the superintendent of a large New York City apartment building where people start to mysteriously go missing.
This actually looks like a decent film and it’s great to Val Kilmer back in action and making movies. It seems like its been awhile. A lot of fans have been worried about his physical state in the past, but he actually looks good in this movie! Seeing him here in this trailer actually got me more excited to see him back as Ice Man in Top Gun: Maverick.
Here’s the synopsis for The Super:
Former cop Phil Lodge takes a job as a superintendent in a Manhattan apartment building. When a teen goes missing, along with several other tenants, Phil...

"I know you were in my apartment, Walter." Saban Films has debuted a new trailer for a horror thriller film titled The Super, from German director Stephan Rick. The film is about a former cop who becomes the superintendent of a large New York City apartment building where people mysteriously go missing. The screenplay is by John J. McLaughlin, one of the writers on the Black Swan script, as well as Hitchcock and Parker. Patrick John Flueger stars as Phil Lodge, who becomes the new super. The full cast includes Val Kilmer, Louisa Krause, Mattea Conforti, Taylor Richardson, Paul Ben-Victor, Yul Vazquez, Andrea Lynn Green, and Travaris Spears. I'm not really sure why Kilmer looks so much like Al Pacino in this, but I don't mind really. I just wish this looked better than every other apartment horror film before. Here's the new official trailer (+ poster) for Stephan Rick's The Super,...

Members of the Broadway cast of Frozen were in the recording studio today working on the show’s cast recording, which Disney announced will be released later this spring.
Caissie Levy, as Elsa, and Patti Murin, who plays Anna, head the cast. The album is produced by Kristen Anderson-Lopez, Robert Lopez, Stephen Oremus, Dave Metzger and Chris Montan.
Frozen, which already has a large pit orchestra of 21, will be expanded even further for the cast recording to 44 musicians, including a string section of 22.
Following previous Disney Theatrical adaptations of Aladdin and The Lion King, which continue to draw strong crowds on Broadway, Frozen opened March 22 at the St. James Theatre. Based on the 2013 film, which won Oscars for Best Song (“Let It Go”) as well as Best Animated Feature, the Broadway show has also posted free videos of four of the 12 new songs that were written for the Broadway show.
