Born and raised by a family of artists, Tess discovered their passion for acting at an early age. They made their feature debut in 2019 starring in the independent romantic comedy Breaking Them Up for which they have received critical acclaim. Most recently, they have appeared in Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania and Dear Evan Hansen.
Tess guest starred in NBC's A.P. Bio and ABC's Station 19. They can also be seen in recurring roles on Atypical, NCIS, Mr. Mayor, and Alexa & Katie. Back in 2016, they were most known for their role as the nerdy little sister Marta, a series regular on Quinta Brunson's Up For Adoption.
Tess now resides in Los Angeles, CA where they further their acting training, coach new actors, and take on fun hobbies!
Coached by Lisa Robertson (2017-2019) and Sara Mornell; Tess has also worked with casting director Melissa Skoff (2015-2018) and has tackled voice over lessons at Kalmenson & Kalmenson. They study comedy in all shapes and sizes at The Groundlings, Second City, and Westside Comedy Theater. Most recently, Tess has received coaching by comedians Gerry Katzman and Heather Pasternak (2023).
Tess has performed stand-up at The Comedy Store, Haha Comedy Club, Hotel Cafe, House of Blues, Comedy Chateau, Federal Bar, Studio 6 and more. They frequent open mics and shows all over LA.
Tess is a beautiful singer, plays the piano, and is fluent in French!
