Beau Bridgewater was born Benjamin Beauregard Bridgewater on August 26, 1994 in Los Angeles, California. He is the son of Stephen Bridgewater, actor, director, writer, producer, and acting coach. Beau is a graduate of Bow Street Academy: The National Screen Acting School of Ireland in Dublin, Ireland (formerly The Factory) where he studied under tutors such as Shimmy Marcus, Lance Daly and Gerry Grennell. Beau studied Alexander Technique under Gerry Grennell, whom he considers one of the best acting coaches on the planet. He studied with Robert McKee in his three-day 'rite of passage' seminar in Killarney, Ireland: "Story: Style, Structure, Substance, and Principles of Screen Writing" and the grand art of story telling. Beau has an inherent talent for writing and together with his training, imagination and curiosity, he has continued in his dad's footsteps coaching actors: breaking down and analyzing scripts, character development, and on-camera techniques. True character is expressed in the choices human beings make under pressure and Beau challenges the actors he works with to be honest and true to themselves in their performances.
