After filming an outdoor fight scene for eleven hours in the cold Wisconsin winter, Alexander began feeling nauseous on the ride home. The crew took Alexander to a convenience store restroom. When he came out, he asked to be taken to a hospital because he had just thrown up a lot of (what looked like) blood. Alexander had swallowed quite a bit of fake blood during the brutal fight scene, and wasn't sure if it was fake blood or his own.
