In episode seven of And Just Like That season two, Nicole Ari Parker’s Lisa Todd Wexley faces the kind of personal invasion by her eldest son that not even his father, Herbert (Christopher Jackson), can excuse.
Herbert Wexley Jr. (played by Elijah Jacob) has allowed a girl he’s interested in — and who visibly does not respect Lisa’s authority — to enter his mother’s most sacred of spaces: Her closet.
Fashion has always been a sticking point for Sex and the City and its streaming continuation, And Just Like That. But much of the audience’s time spent in a closet has been with Sarah Jessica Parker’s Carrie Bradshaw and, to a smaller degree, Kristin Davis’ Charlotte York, who gets her own closet-based journey this season thanks to daughter Lily (Cathy Ang).
With Lisa, And Just Like That takes viewers — and her son’s no-boundaries love interest...

Like a tasting menu of a dozen courses consisting solely of Big Macs, the first, and likely only, season of Feed the Beast has come to an end, leaving us feeling overstuffed and yet still not very satisfied.
On Feed the Beast Season 1 Episode 10, titled "Fire," everyone on the show finally realizes that they all know each other.
Because while the Hell's Kitchen of Marvel's Netflix shows is way larger (and more dangerous) than its real life counterpart, the Bronx of Feed the Beast is apparently home to only about a dozen people who all know each other but don't know they know each other. (Confused yet?)

First, Marisa tells Dion that Detective Giordano, the dirty cop who tried to coerce him into killing the Tooth Fairy, is her father. Or should I say, was, as the Tooth Fairy got to him first.

After many years away, former Friends star David Schwimmer has returned to series television. He was part of an ensemble in FX's American Crime Story: People vs Oj Simpson and is now one of the stars of Feed the Beast on AMC. Will this gritty drama be a success or disappointment in the ratings? Cancelled or renewed for season two? Stay tuned.
Based on a Danish TV series, Feed the Beast revolves around two childhood best friends who open an upscale restaurant together. Tommy Moran (David Schwimmer) is a former sommelier and functional alcoholic who's raising his 10-year-old son. His best friend is Dion Patras (Jim Sturgess), a man's who's fresh out of prison, a rockstar chef, and in debt to the mob. Four episodes were provided prior to broadcast.
AMC is obviously playing to its strengths when it comes to the debut of its two new Summer shows: one, the high-profile, highly successful, astronomically weird Preacher, the other – Feed the Beast – as out-of-nowhere and forgotten as a Pop-Tart in a toaster. David Schwimmer’s turn in the mob-underworld-meets-culinary-tablescape series has justified a few headlines but, otherwise, the network has let this one simmer.
Maybe that’s a good thing, because going into Feed the Beast with zero context helps. The show is completely of its time, both to its own success and detriment. It embraces clichés with abandon (there is a brothel subplot that you will not be able to tell apart from every other brothel subplot currently on TV), but our central characters have that post-Breaking Bad AMC murk bursting from every orifice, and it’s all cemented with a...

On AMC's new drama Feed the Beast, best friends Tommy (David Schwimmer) and Dion (Jim Sturgess) try opening a fancy restaurant in the Bronx so that Tommy can get over the death of his wife in a hit-and-run accident, while Dion can pay off a massive debt he owes to a local mob boss. Along the way, they acquire an inexperienced restaurant manager, Pilar (Lorenza Izzo), who takes the job because she has a crush on Tommy, but who's really there as a device for the show to let Tommy and Dion explain the finer points of the business to the audience. At one point, for instance, she objects to Dion spending so much money on skillets. He responds by offering her a dish made in one of his pans and the same one made in the big box store model Tommy has in his own kitchen; the former is...

I had no idea that AMC was developing a show called Feed the Beast with David Schwimmer and Jim Sturgess in the leads, but not only do we have a few images to share with you, but there's already a first look trailer available to watch (via Uproxx). It's a very quick look at the series, and it won't actually give you much information about the story, but luckily I have the full synopsis below:
“Feed the Beast” tells the story of Tommy (Schwimmer) and Dion (Sturgess) who are like brothers. With all the love – and all the complications – that comes with it. Dion can’t stay out of trouble. Tommy can’t move past it. For two friends on the brink of losing everything, a dusty pipe dream of opening up an upscale restaurant in their hometown of the Bronx is all they have left to turn their lives around.
