In 2023, Eydís embarked on an innovative project named LOKK, a collaboration with the talented musician and composer Arngerður Árnadóttir, under her production company Anima Productions. This venture represents a creative synergy between music composers and filmmakers.
Eydís's educational background includes studying writing and directing at the Icelandic Film School and furthering her education at FAMU, the Film and Television School of the Academy of Arts in Prague. She also explored entrepreneurship at the University in Reykjavík. Her work has taken her to vibrant cities such as Berlin, Paris, and Reykjavík.
Eydís is developing a TV series, backed by a screenwriting grant from the Icelandic film fund in 2024.
