A sexual assault investigation into alleged actions by Rammstein frontman Till Lindemann has been dropped by German prosecutors due to a lack of evidence and testimony.
The investigation was launched in June following social media posts by a female fan accusing Lindemann of drugging her at a pre-show VIP party in Lithuania before approaching her to have sex during an intermission in Rammstein’s performance. The posts led to numerous fans calling out Rammstein’s “Row 0” VIP experience as a means for Lindemann to encounter and recruit female fans for sex.
However, German prosecutors have dropped the investigations, which “did not provide any evidence,” stating that the alleged victim’s claims were too vague and went unsubstantiated by law enforcement due to a lack of direct testimony from the said accuser, as reported by The Guardian.

Prosecutors in Germany have dropped an investigation of Rammstein singer Till Lindemann after several women accused him of sexual assault.
In a statement, German prosecutors said the investigation “did not provide any evidence” to support the accusations made against Lindemann. But they also noted there was “little opportunity to substantiate the allegations sufficiently,” as most of the claims against Lindemann were brought by third parties or in the press.

Rammstein drummer Christoph Schneider has issued a statement on social media about the sexual misconduct allegations against frontman Till Lindeman, stating in part that the singer “has distanced himself from us in recent years and created his own bubble.”
The statement was posted to Schneider’s official social media accounts in his native German and opens with him stating the accusations have “shaken us as a band and me as a person.” Regarding the parties where the misconduct has been alleged to have taken place, Schneider said that he hadn’t seen or heard of “anything illegal” going on, but “things seem to have happened that, although legally ok, I personally don’t think are ok.”
Schneider continued by saying, “Certain structures have grown that went beyond the limits and values of the other band members. It is also important to us that Till’s parties are not confused with our official after-show parties.

Rammstein frontman Till Lindemann is being investigated by German prosecutors following multiple allegations of sexual misconduct.
According to a statement from Berlin’s public prosecution office, per an Agence France-Presse report, “Preliminary proceedings have been initiated against Till Lindemann on allegations relating to sexual offenses and the distribution of narcotics.”
The investigation stems from initial accusations made by a Rammstein fan and concertgoer, Shelby Lynn, who claims she was drugged at a Rammstein pre-show party and propositioned for sex by Lindemann at a concert in Lithuania.
Forgoing her anonymity, Lynn recounted her full story on Twitter, saying she was selected to attend the band’s “Row 0” concert party by Joe Letz, the drummer in Lindemann’s eponymous side project. She then said she was introduced to Lindemann, who poured her and other guests tequila shots. Lynn insinuated that the drinks may have been spiked, noting that her behavior and motor skills were compromised.

German rock band Rammstein has tightened security and canceled afterparty events for a series of upcoming concerts in Munich after several women came forward alleging they were drugged and abused at the band’s recent concerts.
The allegations, which the band has denied, have triggered a media firestorm around the popular industrial metal group and its controversial lead singer, Till Lindemann, amid Rammstein’s current pan-European tour.
Last Thursday, Shelby Lynn, a Rammstein fan from Northern Ireland, posted on Instagram that she had been drugged at a concert in Vilnius, Lithuania, and taken backstage, where Lindemann had asked her for sex. She refused and he left, she said, but she was disoriented and later discovered several bruises on her body that had not been there before the concert.

Rammstein have responded to a fan’s accusation of being drugged at a pre-show party before a recent concert in Lithuania.
The fan in question, Shelby Lynn, took to Twitter two days after the show to describe the alleged incident, claiming that her drink was spiked during a pre-show party at Vingis Park in Vilnius. She also detailed a supposed encounter with Till Lindemann in a room below the stage during the intermission of the concert, where she refused to have sex with him, apparently angering the Rammstein frontman.
The band issued the following statement on Sunday (May 28th) via Twitter:
“With regard to the allegations circulating on the internet about Vilnius, we can rule out the possibility that what is being claimed took place in our environment. We are not aware of any official investigations into this matter.”
Lynn alleged that she was chosen as part of a select...
