Riley Keough is opening up about her relationship with her grandmother Priscilla Presley.
It was reported last week that Keough had officially been named the sole trustee of the Graceland estate of her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, after a legal battle with Priscilla.
Reflecting on how things are with her grandmother now, Keough told Vanity Fair of the lawsuit, “When my mom passed, there was a lot of chaos in every aspect of our lives.
“Everything felt like the carpet had been ripped out and the floor had melted from under us. Everyone was in a bit of a panic to understand how we move forward, and it just took a minute to understand the details of the situation, because it’s complicated. We are a family, but there’s also a huge business side of our family. So I think that there was clarity that needed to be had.

Keough said of surrogacy, “I think it’s a very cool, selfless, and incredible act that these women do to help other people.
“I can carry children, but it felt like the best choice for what I had going on physically with the autoimmune stuff,” the actress — who has Lyme disease — continued.
Tupelo was where Elvis Presley — Keough’s grandfather — was born in Mississippi.
“It’s funny because we picked her name before the ‘Elvis’ movie,” Keough revealed.

Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse are celebrating the grand opening of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in style. The 35-year-old actor and the model, 29, turned the museum and Vanity Fair's premiere party in Los Angeles into a glam date night on Wednesday, Sept. 29. Pattinson—who hosted the event with his fellow co-chairs H.E.R., senior West Coast editor Britt Hennemuth and museum director and president Bill Kramer—sported a sharp gray suit for the outing while Waterhouse wore a pretty pink vintage Galliano dress and fur coat. "They walked around hand in hand as they perused through the museum and exhibits on their way up to the rooftop party...

The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures keeps on partying.
Just four nights after a gala opening celebration was held at the new complex located on the Lacma campus in Los Angeles, Robert Pattinson and H.E.R. co-chaired, along with museum director and president Bill Kramer and Vanity Fair editor Britt Hennemuth, the Premiere party on Wednesday night. The guest list included Rebel Wilson, Zooey Deschanel, Clea DuVall and more.
“It’s strange that it doesn’t exist already in L.A.,” Pattinson told Variety of the long-in-the-works museum. “It’s bizarre. So I’m very very honored to be a part of it.”
As a film buff and a newly minted Academy member, the “Batman” actor was particularly eager to take in the Hayao Miyazaki exhibit and the 1,000 seat David Geffen theater. “Being really geeky about it, the technical specs sound insane,” he added.

“She’s so much fun but rude and nasty,” declares Christina Pickles about her Emmy-nominated role as Biz Brantly on the web series “Break a Hip.” In our recent interview, she adds, “She’s getting a little softened up by her relationship with Wincy, her assistant. The thing I love about this show is that it’s not just about Biz and old people. It is absolutely old and young and is actually about growing up and growing old.”
The program stars Pickles as a cranky veteran actress who doesn’t work all that much any more. She hires a young man (Britt Hennemuth) to run errands for her. The role now has Pickles nominated at the Emmy Awards for Best Short-Form Actress. In our chat, she says the character is partially based on her own mother but that her daughter jokingly feels like Pickles doesn’t have to “stretch too much” away from herself.
