- Born as Timothy Chad Sanders in the small town of Home, Alabama Chad never entertained thoughts of being an actor, although as a child he did perform. It wasn't until Chad was well into his first year of college that the thought of pursuing acting as profession ever crossed his mind. While attending Troy University as a Math Education Major, he stumbled into the theater department where he immediately fell in love. Initially he was pigeon holed into being a carpenter for the department due to his knowledge and prior working experience in that field but it wasn't long before he found his way to the stage. He made his debut in a supporting role as Cletus T. Fullernoy in the play "Lone Star." He would follow it up with several similar roles over his college career. It wasn't until an accidental submission that he found him self doing film work. He quickly found himself being constantly booked as background talent, photo double, and stand-in so he made the move to Atlanta, Ga. He stayed busy for nearly a year just doing background and going to ever audition he could make it to, until situations with a close friend moved him back to Alabama. Feeling like he had lost whatever ground he had made during his stay in Atlanta he would occasionally submit to do independent work for directors back in Atlanta with little success. That was until a last minute cancel gave him a chance to work with Star Victoria on her short film, "Dead Man's Hand." He played the comedic relief support actor of Darrell Baker. Chad has since booked several upcoming shorts through the rest of 2012 and has worked, and will work, with Ms.Victoria on several more occasions, including his work on her Campus Movie Fest Award Winning short, "Twinge". Not only did Ms. Victoria receive the award for Best Drama, Chad also received the award for Best Actor.- IMDb Mini Biography By: T. C. Solomon
