On Tuesday, March 11, Britney Spears took to her Instagram to share two videos of son Jayden James Federline.

As you can see in the (first) video below, her 18-year-old son is freestyle-rapping in the spacious foyer of her Thousand Oaks mansion.

According to a lengthy report from The Daily Mail, Britney Spears’ life is finally back on track.

Or it’s getting there. After losing more than a dozen years of freedom to a conservatorship, these things take time.

Jayden Federline, 18, has taken action to make amends with his mother, Britney Spears, 42, after a long-strained relationship.

The son of Spears and Kevin Federline, 46, Jayden grew up enduring a problematic relationship with the public eye and his mother – most notably when he spoke up against his mother in an interview with The Daily Mail in 2022. He and his brother, Sean Preston, 17, struggled with their mother. Following the marriage of the father and Victoria Prince, the two moved to Hawaii with them after Prince had gotten a job at the University of Hawaii.

However, recent social media posts reveal that Jayden started a conversation with his mother to make amends after years of estrangement due to Spears’ provocative social media posts, which he found embarrassing.

Federline has had full custody since 2008, following his divorce from Spears.

Britney Spears has been reconciling her relationship with 18-year-old son Jayden James Federline, but it appears his dad Kevin Federline was not aware.

On September 14, 2023, Sean Preston Federline turned 18 years old.

Then, on Thursday, September 12, 2024, Jayden James Federline turned 18.

It’s a reminder of the alarmingly short time between Britney’s pregnancies with the boys.

Pop star Britney Spears, 42, has opened up publicly about her unhappy parenting experience with her sons.

Spears was married to dancer Kevin Federline from 2004-2007 and during that time gave birth to their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline.

She has stated that she did not get to see her sons as much as she would like to. She also would make frequent visits to their school for lunch, claiming that the boys “just wanted me to hold them.”

In May, Kevin filed a request for relocation so that he and the boys could move to Hawaii, and Spears approved the request.

Spears is described as having been a loving and supportive parent to the boys, always wanting what is best for them.

In September, Kevin requested more money in child support from Spears. He is reportedly considering taking further legal action against Spears to request an increase in child support.

Britney Spears posted one of her classic dancing videos, but this time, she was on a stripper pole while wearing lingerie.

On Sunday, Spears shared the clip revealing that this was her first time trying it out. “Got this pole two days ago and last night was my first time on it !!! ,” she wrote. The video features her in a revealing leopard print lingerie set with matching gloves and black boots to go with the outfit.

She chose Nine Inch Nails’ song “Closer” as she gyrated wildly and twirled on a pole, which is from the fitness equipment company X-Pole. The song includes X-rated lyrics like “I want to f— you like an animal.”

Additionally, Spears added four mirrors in the background so viewers could get a view from all sides. She wore her long blond hair down while showing off her odd dance moves.

Britney Spears’s ex-husband, Kevin Federline, is defending Spears, calling the report that he said she used crystal meth “untrue.”

Since the ending of her conservatorship last year, Spears has gotten into online rows with most members of her family, and her children Jayden, 15 and Preston, 16, have reportedly not visited the singer in months.
