Tom Williams(LVI)
Tom Williams was a River Keeper on one of Britain's most famous and beautiful stretches of fishing water, the Hampshire Avon. Over many years he wrote for the magazine Angler's Mail. The son of the Keeper for the Duke Of Westminster, Tom grew up by the river which gave him an extraordinary insight into the life of the river & its surroundings. His articles for the Angler's Mail were brought together in the book A River For All Seasons.
