“So, I thought I’d just give you guys a little sneak peek,” Brownlee said while cradling her sleeping son. “He has this really cute outfit on right now. It’s got some angel wings on the back.”
She continued, “I’m not really showing his face yet, because I just don’t feel ready to yet. But, I thought I’d show you a little sneak peek. Abrams Artists has more female agents in digital media than any of its competitors, it says -- a total of seven across both coasts. And this VidCon, the first time that the massive convention is being hosted under the auspices of new proprietor Viacom, Abrams’ self-described 'Quad Squad' was out in full force.
Vice president Jade Sherman, founding department member Amanda Marzolf, and agents Melissa DeMarco and Marienor Madrilejo have dubbed themselves the Quad Squad because they are staying together in a quad hotel suite this year: a central location to host client meetings as well as to start and end the day as a team. Additionally, four other Abrams agents are in attendance at VidCon from the firm’s New York and Los Angeles offices.

The Deadline To Receive Applications Is By End Of Play This Wednesday 13th April. Details About How To Apply Are At The Bottom Of The Information.
Young boy, aged 8-11, any ethnicity, any accent.
We meet this child when he appears on a talk show after becoming a youtube sensation thru his rapping impersonations, much like Sophia Grace did after her youtube video reached millions of views and she appeared on the Ellen Show.
We do not want a child who looks like a mini gangster rapper. We want a child who is quirky, we are particularly interested in large/chubby children or it could be that they have a ginger afro or have big ears.

Maker Studios announced today that 34 of its bold-faced creators, including Sophia Grace, Magic of Rahat and RealityChangers, will comprise the inaugural class of a new incubation initiative.
Entitled Spark, the global endeavor will call for creators to submit original concepts that could be developed into a series or cross-platform franchise -- from which Maker will select and finance the strongest concepts. In addition to the inaugural class of 34, Maker says it has “greenlit over 100 additional concepts” thus far.
The very first video financed by Spark was a comedic election primer entitled Intro To… by The Holderness Family (below), which debuted earlier this month. The other shows -- which will cover fictional first dates between historical figures, the secret lives of wigs, post-apocalyptic puppets and one-minute musicals -- are all live as of today. They are also being screened at an event next week in Los Angeles.

Miranda Sings is putting her vocal teaching skills to the test. The fictional alter-ego of YouTube celebrity Colleen Ballinger tutored Sophia Grace Brownlee, known for her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres show, in the ways of singing in a new collaboration video posted April 30, 2015.
The stand-off-ish Miranda starts the collaboration video by explaining how Brownlee has been singing a lot on the girl’s own channel, which boasts over 720,000 subscribers and more than 204 million video views to date. But Miranda thinks Brownlee can learn to perform better, and starts teaching the young celebrity “helpful” (read: poorly-pitched) vocal tips. In the end, Miranda turns Brownlee into her personal protege, complete with her own versions of Miranda’s signature purple sweater and overly-drawn red lips.

Remaking or rebooting classics, but replacing an all-male cast with an all-female one? It's truly a great idea. With Ghostbusters already officially in the works, we let our imaginations run wild with a few other famously all-male film lineups. (In case you were curious who these up-and-comers are, we cast Willow Smith as Benny "the Jet" Rodriguez, Rowan Blanchard as Smalls, Sophia Grace as Ham, Joey King as Squints, Sabrina Carpenter as Yeah-Yeah, Riele Downs as Tommy, Mackenzie Foy as Bertram, and Skai Jackson as Timmy.)...

Sophia Grace Brownlee somehow just added to her adorableness. The 11-year-old girl who rose to internet stardom after a video of her singing a cover of Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass” went viral has debuted her new music video called “Best Friends.”
Headed by music video director Matt Alonzo, Brownlee’s video showcases the little girl’s rapping talents with plenty of frills and flair, pink-hued attire, and girl power motifs. In the video, Brownlee invites a bunch of her gal pals over for a slumber party, singing “when stupid boys come around/Me and my girls shut ‘em down.” The girls raid the closet of Brownlee’s fictional mother before ending up on one heck of a Kmart-branded shopping spree and strutting down the runway of their very own fashion show.
Brownlee’s original Minaj cover video, now boasting over 47 million views, gained the attention of Ellen DeGeneres shortly after it was posted.

Has the dynamic duo known as Sophia Grace Brownlee and Rosie McClelland broken up?! Sophia Grace dropped a new song today complete with an epic music video, and—we're being serious—it's a banger. Move over, Rebecca Black, because Sophia Grace's "Best Friends" is a stop-what-you're-doing-and-dance jam. The only thing missing from it is Rosie! Obviously about all of her best friends, the song and its accompanying music video seem to have left out Rosie. How could she not have made the cut?! These two have been together through everything, from their first Nicki Minaj cover to their appearances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Rosie's absence aside, the song is...

Sophia Grace Brownlee and her cousin Rosie McClelland have made an adorable duo on The Ellen DeGeneres Show for three years, but now Sophia Grace is going it alone.
In a new music video for her song "Best Friends," the 11-year-old sings, shops and puts on makeup with her a slew gal pals, none of which are her 8-year-old partner-in-crime Rosie.
The anthem is all about girl power as the ladies sing they "don't want no boys in here" while jumping on the bed, going on a K-Mart shopping spree and strutting on a runway.

"I'm so excited to release this song as I think all girls can relate to the lyrics," Sophia Grace told RyanSeacrest.com. "It's a great song to listen to with your friends at a party and it's real catchy for everyone to sing along, I had so much fun recording this song in the...

More "Whip My Hair" than "Friday," Sophia Grace, a.k.a. one half of the adorable duo beloved for their performances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, has her own brand-new banger, appropriately called "Best Friends." With her oft-silent hype-man-slash-bff Rosie suspiciously absent, she takes on the town with her other friends — doing fun friend stuff like shopping, jumping on beds, and hanging next to infinity pools. Just like best friends do. We just hope Rosie will forgive her.Rosie ...

The Mindy Project‘s Daniel Castellano: So awesome, yet such a weirdo about his mom.
That’s what this week’s episode — and truthfully, all of the comedy’s Annette episodes this season — boils down to. I’m not complaining, because Rhea Perlman is perfectly cast as Chris Messina’s on-screen mama, and their characters’ too-close relationship is the comedy equivalent of homemade pasta fagioli: warm, delicious and satisfying.
Still, by the end of “How to Lose a Mom in Ten Days,” it feels like we’ve made a little headway into easing Annette’s iron grip on her son...

They have a certain ... appeal.
There may be no phenomenon as open to a deep social commentary--where none is intended--than Sophia Grace & Rosie's Royal Adventure (2014). Two hyperactive, rapping British girls with a penchant for pink and tiaras go to Switzelvania, a monarchy with a harsh prison system and a large Rastafarian minority. These two girls are pure Saccharin. Their cuteness isn't just color scheme and chubby cheeks, but their high-speed, low-sense nattering but their love of Nicki Minaj, Jay-z, being photographed and talked about on Twitter. And they scream very shrilly. Europeans talk about the Ugly American, an ignorant tourist who expects everyone to speak English and act according to their own sense of American values. Sophia Grace and Rosie are like that, except British and pink. That means more tea parties. All in high definition!

Ellen DeGeneres had a big surprise for her audience on Tuesday and, of course, it involved her favorite pint-sized princesses, Sophia Grace and Rosie. The talk show host shared a trailer for the adorable duo’s new full-length film, "Sophia Grace & Rosie's Royal Adventure." That's right, they're movie stars now. The film follows the youngsters as they embark on a special assignment – they must teach the king’s problematic princesses how to act like real royalty. Armed with only tutus and tiaras, the girls keep their cool as the fate of the entire kingdom rests in the palm of their hands. It definitely sounds like Ellen is trying to fill a void left behind by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, who were famous for their direct-to-video films growing up. Do you think this will be a hit with kids?"Sophia Grace & Rosie's Royal Adventure" will hit home video May 20. Read more...

Today's batch of MPAA ratings is dominated by one word films as Disney's new Disneynature feature Bears scores a G rating, David Gordon Green's Joe starring Nicolas Cage and Tye Sheridan received an R rating, John Curran's 2013 festival film, Tracks, starring Mia Wasikowska and rising star, Adam Driver, landed a PG-13; and Relativity's Oculus held onto its R rating after a so-called "re-rate". Also included in today's rating is Ned Benson's The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby, which I haven't added to the database yet because I don't know how the Weinstein Co. is going to handle the release. There is a Him installment (featuring James McAvoy) and a Her installment, telling the same story from Eleanor's perspective, she being played by Jessica Chastain. Once I hear more about the release plan I'll get it into the database, but for now both installments scored an R rating. I've...
