Anneliese Van Der Pol and Johnno Wilson said “I do” nearly a year after announcing their engagement!

The 40-year-old actress, famous for playing Raven-Symone‘s best friend Chelsea on That’s So Raven and Raven’s Home, married Johnno in a private ceremony on December 11 at the Santa Barbara Courthouse.

The couple met on the set of Raven’s Home, where Johnno played Chelsea’s ex-husband Garrett Grayson. They announced their engagement in December 2023.

Anneliese and Johnno were planning a small wedding ceremony to take place in South Carolina. However, her dream of eloping came true after Johnno booked a new acting project.

“So I got my way. Yay,” she joked. “I wanted to be on Johnno’s SAG health insurance as soon as possible and I didn’t want to miss the 2024 joint filing deadline!

Breaking into Hollywood is tough, but its going incredibly well for a new list of names that have been added to Legion Ms upcoming thriller, Fade to Black. Surrounding the darker side of showbiz, the movie will follow the previously announced Karan Soni (Deadpool franchise) as Amit, a young man aspiring for a career in screenwriting. Tapping a slew of fresh talent for the latest casting rollout, the movie has signed on Betty Gabriel (Get Out), Annie Gonzalez (Flamin Hot), Thomas Barbusca (The Mick), Caylee Cowan (Sunrise in Heaven), Veronika Dash (Isabels Garden), Scott Evans (Barbie), and Johnno Wilson (I Love That For You).

Production is underway on Legion M’s darkly comedic horror thriller Fade to Black, which sees art imitating life for an aspiring Hollywood screenwriter. Today, Legion M has announced that Betty Gabriel, Thomas Barbusca, and Annie Gonzalez have joined the cast.

The horror thriller marks the feature debut of director Andrew Sandler.

Fade to Black follows “Amit as he navigates the horrors of trying to break into the twisted business of Hollywood. After an accidental death spurs a sinister epiphany, the screenwriter starts committing the murders of his script’s fictional serial killer in a desperate attempt to generate the IP necessary to get his movie made. The film promises a darkly comedic exploration of ambition, madness, and the brutal reality of the entertainment industry.”

Exclusive: Betty Gabriel (Get Out), Thomas Barbusca (The Mick), Annie Gonzalez (Flamin’ Hot), and Caylee Cowan (Sunrise in Heaven) are among the final additions to Legion M’s thriller, Fade to Black, marking the feature directorial debut of Andrew Sandler.

Character details are under wraps, with production underway in Los Angeles. As previously announced, Karan Soni, Max Carver, Katerina Tanenbaum, John Carroll Lynch, Joseph Lee and Zosia Mamet will lead the ensemble. Other newcomers rounding it out include Johnno Wilson (I Love That for You), Veronika Dash (Isabel’s Garden), and Scott Evans (Barbie).

The 39-year-old actress, famous for playing Chelsea alongside Raven-Symone on the Disney Channel series That’s So Raven, is engaged to Johnno Wilson.

On Wednesday (December 27), the couple took to social media to share the exciting news and some pics from the proposal.

Anneliese and Johnno shared the photos in a joint post on Instagram. In them, he gets down on one knee to pop the question while Anneliese has the happiest expression on her face.

After a few photos of them in the moment, there’s a closeup of Anneliese‘s hand with her new engagement ring on it.

By the looks of it, the proposal took place a few days ago on December 23.

“Thank you @disney for introducing me to my TV ex-spouse and real life fiancé,” Johnno wrote in the caption.

Nearly a year after the first season concluded, it’s finally clear that “I Love That for You” will not be getting a second season on Showtime. The comedy series starring Vanessa Bayer and Molly Shannon has been canceled, TheWrap has confirmed.

However, the network won’t stand in the way if the show’s producers shop it to other networks or streamers, according to an individual with knowledge of the matter.

“’I Love That for You’ has completed its run on Showtime. We want to thank Vanessa, Jeremy and Jessi, along with the incredible cast and crew for their hard work and wish them the best going forward,” the network said via a spokesperson.
