Alexander "Xander" Rawlins is an English actor, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and record producer. He is the lead vocalist and one half of the Indie Electronic duo LAIKIPIA, who in March 2017 released their first single "Hello Dreamer".
A retired Captain of the Grenadier Guards he served in Afghanistan in 2009/10, the details of which can be seen in the BBC Documentary Series 'Our War'.
On leaving the British Army, Xander founded a casting agency for serving and retired military personnel. This saw him provide specialist military training and direction on films such as Fury, Les Miserables, Suffragette, King Arthur, Jack Ryan - Shadow Recruit and Star Wars.
He has run his own production companies since 2014, specialising in advertisements, fashion, creative content and music.
