Demi Moore is speaking out about Bruce Willis’ battle with dementia.

Bruce and Demi were married from 1987 to 2000, and while their divorce was not an entirely civil one, they developed a stable friendship and co-parenting relationship in the years that followed.

She rarely speaks about her ex publicly, but Demi opened up recently when asked about Bruce’s condition.

Speaking with Christiane Amanpour about her film The Substance, Demi Moore offered some candid comments about her ex’s courageous battle.

“Given the givens, he’s in a very stable place at the moment,” the 62-year-old actress shared in an interview with CNN.

Tallulah Willis, the actress and youngest daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, recently made a comment about having ex-stepdad on Gwyneth Paltrow’s Instagram post. The 36-year-old actress and singer performed at Path’s 40th Anniversary Gala on Wednesday (October 9) at Vibiana in downtown Los Angeles.

Rumer was joined by Grammy-winning producer Toby Gad for a performance during the gala.

Path is a statewide homeless services organization that provides outreach, shelter, and affordable housing to over 26,000 people in California a year. While appearing on The Drew Barrymore Show, Demi, 61, and Drew reflected on Bruce‘s small role in the opening of 2003’s Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle.
