Snow Falls opens with a warning sign, a pair of ravens sitting on the sign welcoming the characters to the town of Snow Falls. A bigger warning sign for the viewer however should be the squabbling going on inside their vehicle. Complaints about someone studying, somebody sitting with their feet on the dash, or someone else not wearing a seat belt. The kind of pointless bitching that makes you wonder why these people hang out together.
But the five of them, Kit, Em, Eden, Andy and River are on their way to spend New Year’s Eve at a massive “cabin” owned by River’s family. “This is your second home?” “Third if you count the one we’re building on Martha’s Vinyard”.
Apart from playing Kit,...

Snow Falls is a horror film directed by Colton Tran starring Jonathan Bennett, Patrick Fabian and Victoria Moroles.
A low budget film about some young people isolated in a log cabin that is just a horror film about young people, evolves as that and behaves as that, simply along the lines of pre-established parameters.
It is up to scratch technically and rhythmically, but the script falls short.
Storyline
Some friends are trapped in a winter storm. With no electricity and barely any food, they will be prey to terror, paranoia and deep dread about the snow that surrounds them.
Review Snow Falls (2023)
Five young middle class (upper middle class) drinking shots of whiskey and enjoying their youth in a horror film. We have seen the pattern stated so many times in horror films that right from the beginning we feel a certain weariness in spite of the good presentation in the vein of The Shining.

"She wrote these songs, and you're here to finish them." Purdie Films has released the trailer for a movie titled Even in Dreams, from writer / director Savannah Ostler. Even in Dreams is an "inspiring, feel good, musically driven family film that reminds us all to live our dreams!" This follows a talented young singer named Sam, played by Monica Moore Smith. After her sister passes away, she steps in to fill her place in their band, bringing them all the way to Nashville. "As the taste of fame draws near, tensions begin to rise within the band. Will the vicious music industry tear them apart or will they find Amber's song and truly live their dreams?" In addition to Monica, this stars Alison Arngrim, Nathan Osmond, Adrian R'Mante, Tanner Gillman, James Gaisford, Kaden Caldwell, Savannah Ostler, and Sarah Kent. This looks extremely cheesy and very formulaic, but if you like stories about singing,...

Three heroes are on a quest to thwart a group of Orc Cultists, known as the Shadow Cabal, from raising the God of Death from his dark realm to their world. The human cleric, Keltus (Richard McWilliams), elf bounty hunter Nemyt (Danielle Chuchran) and infamous Orc warlord, Kullimon (Paul D. Hunt) must overcome their differences and work together if they are going to stop the Shadow’s curse from spreading across the land and dooming them all.
When I watched Curse of the Dragon Slayer, it conjured up images of the old Dungeons and Dragons films that were made. I mean, just reading the synopsis in the first paragraph you have probably...
