Actor

While working as an extra on the set of Transformers 4 in Detroit, MI, director Michael Bay and various crew kept mistaking Lee for one of the stunt team members. At one point director Michael Bay asked Lee to jump out of a truck from the drivers seat. Lee agreed and did the take three times. The shot however does not appear in the movie.

Trivia
First Hollywood film audition was for Gran Torino, directed by Clint Eastwood. Lee auditioned for the roles of 'Tao' and 'Smokey.' Eastwood had interest in Lee being either 'Smokey' or one of the gangsters. The roles however went to other Hmong actors.

Citas
[on working with Alicia Silverstone in 'Vamps']: It was nerve racking knowing that I was acting in a scene with experienced and award winning actresses when I had no professional acting experience. Even though I had no lines I pushed myself to be the best I could. We did the same take the whole night. At one point I was getting a bit insecure about how my acting was and if it seemed natural or not. I'm like "Alicia hows my acting? Does it seem natural?" She was reassuring and supportive. It was great to work with her!
