With Cody Calafiore winning his second Head of Household competition this week on “Big Brother 22” and continuing the streak of his alliance strictly nominating players outside their group, we must ask the question: how does The Committee rank against the great alliances in Bb history? Cody has been aligned with Christmas Abbott, Nicole Franzel, Memphis Garrett, Tyler Crispen and Dani Briones in a so-far-unbreakable alliance of six since Memphis corralled the group during his own Hoh reign in week 2. As of this week, they have won 7/8 Hoh and 5/8 Power of Veto comps.

Big Brother has been on the air for 20 years.
The series has been a success story for CBS, but it has also been filled with controversial houseguests.
While most of the action is cut down to three one-hour episodes every week, the series has a 24-hour live feed that gives viewers a closer look into what goes on in the house.
We're running down the most controversial houseguests.
Jack Matthews (Season 21)
Matthews found himself in trouble for comments that viewers found both racist and aggressive.
He did not get on with fellow houseguest, Kemi Fakunle, and said to his allies that he wanted to "stomp a mudhole through" her chest.
He also called her "disgusting" and a "maggot" during their time in the house.
Matthews also courted controversy when called Asian-American houseguest Isabella Wang a "rice pudding."
Julie Chen asked Matthews about his comments upon his eviction, and he apologized to Fakunle,...

“Big Brother” executive producers Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan addressed why Jc Moundiux is still on the show after his latest behavior, saying that the other housemates “in no way way felt threatened, unsafe or sexually harassed.”
“The expression of viewer concerns regarding Jc Mounduix’s behavior was reviewed immediately. All video was examined in its entirety. We spoke with all three of the houseguests separately in detail about the incidents,” said Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan, in a statement sent to TheWrap. “Tyler and Haleigh explained to producers that they in no way felt threatened, unsafe or sexually harassed. If there was any indication from our Houseguests of sexual misconduct, we and CBS would have taken immediate action. The safety and security of our houseguests is and will continue to be our top priority.”
Mounduix has repeatedly come under fire for inappropriate behavior and comments regarding his fellow houseguests.

Faysal Shafaat is savoring his status as Head of Household for Week 8 of “Big Brother.” He won the title just minutes after the eviction of Angie “Rockstar” Lantry on August 16. Faysal was busy throughout the night and into the day on Friday (August 17) considering which of two houseguests he will nominate for the live eviction vote on August 23. We’ve been watching the live feeds and have all the juicy details of his various discussions with the other remaining eight contestants. (Keep reading for spoilers about the eviction nominations.)
He told his pal Haleigh Broucher that two of the other remaining houseguests — past nominees Kaycee Clark and Angela Rummans — were weak competitors who weren’t worth wasting a nomination. Rather, his first impulse was to nominate Tyler Crispen and Brett Robinson. He regards them as two of the strongest players on #BB20.

When production shut down on ABC’s “Bachelor in Paradise” last summer amidst claims of sexual misconduct involving contestants Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson, speculation ran rampant about the parties involved and what might have drunkenly occurred on- and off-camera. Lawsuits were contemplated and threatened, but in the end — after an internal investigation by Warner Bros. Television declared no misconduct had taken place — the show essentially used the events to help promote the launch of its season.
While the real-life drama in unscripted may sound like fodder for a season of “UnReal,” it’s indicative of the overall climate in Hollywood right now, given executives and talent coming under fire as past misbehavior comes to light. In the time of #MeToo and Time’s Up, the practices surrounding reality show casting and acceptable on-screen behavior should theoretically be evolving, too — not that many are willing to address it just yet.

It’s been a long time since any “Big Brother” house has been this evenly divided between two powerful alliances, but we are eternally grateful that both the Foutte and Level 6 alliances have managed to last this long because it’s made for a suspenseful and dramatic 20th season. The two alliances have both seen huge losses and had their own internal betrayals while also equally trusting the swing votes of the players floating in the middle. Below are my picks for the five players that I think are really struggling to leave their mark on the competition and Won’T win the game. Agree or disagree? Zing me and each other in the comments!

A calm, cool and collected Bayleigh Dayton walked out of the “Big Brother” house following her live eviction Thursday night, despite the week of tears, fighting and high drama that preceded. “I do love [the houseguests] but they get on my last nerve,” she told host Julie Chen in her exit interview. “Being in that house with those people drove me insane!” Bayleigh was evicted over Rockstar Lantry in a 6-1 vote. Gold Derby readers correctly predicted Bayleigh would be sent packing this week.
Chen mentioned Bayleigh’s change in demeanor from earlier this week when the Atlanta flight attendant went nuclear on Tyler Crispin at a house meeting. Why would Bayleigh do that while she was on the block? “I don’t care Julie,” she answered bluntly. “I’m not scared of none of those people in that house. I’m a true Gemini.” Bayleigh then confessed her biggest mistake in...

Angela Rummans won the Week 6 Head of Household competition shortly before the end of the live August 2 episode of “Big Brother.” She then had to decide which two #BB20 houseguests to nominate for the live eviction vote on August 9. Before she moved into the house, Angela revealed that she was all too aware that people can quickly turn on each other. To that end, she promised she was going to be wary of trusting anyone on “Big Brother.” But she also bragged, “I can find common ground with anyone. I like to call myself ‘the networking queen.'” And she has done just that, striking up an agreement with other houseguests to form the powerhouse Level 6.
So, after much deliberation she named Angie “Rockstar” Lantry and Scottie Salton as the targets for elimination. However, her plans were upended by Haleigh Broucher, who won the first-ever Hacker Competition on Friday. This...

As Week 6 Head of Household, Angela Rummans must decide which two houseguest to nominate for eviction on the August 9 live episode of #BB20. Big Brother 20's latest eviction was yet another live show full of blindsides and betrayal.
This season's fifth evicted houseguest, Rachel Swindler, fell victim to both after "Level Six" — her alliance with Angela Rummans, Brett Robinson, Kaycee Clark and Tyler Crispen — decided to vote her out of the game.
And although she didn't make it to the jury and won't decide on who wins this season, Swindler has plenty to say about the frenemies who turned their backs on her — particularly Rummans, with whom she had become closest in the house. ...

Hey,"Big Brother" peeps. We've got a new report for you guys today. It turns out that little gay, munchkin guy Jc Moundix has hit the news again with another one of his very offensive antics. This time ,he did something very rude to fellow houseguest Rachel Swindler, and it was picked up by the live feeds. According to a new report from Washingtonblade.com , Jc is currently receiving a ton of fan backlash for accusing Rachel of being a transgender person! Apparently, back on July 30, 2018, Rachel was trying to sleep, and this is when Jc decided to ask Rachel if she was a real girl! That's right. He said to Rachel, "Are you a real girl?" Rachel quickly responded with, "Yes." Jc said , "Ok," and Rachel raised her hands in the air to gesture, of course. This is ridiculous. Then Jc continued with this very offensive line of questioning.

Thursday’s episode of “Big Brother” will conclude with the Week 5 live eviction vote and the next Head of Household competition. We’ve been watching the live feeds ever since July 26 when this week’s HoH Bayleigh Drayton nominated Brett Robinson and Rachel Swindler for eviction. Wednesday’s taped episode of #BB20 included the results of Saturday’s Power of Veto competition and Monday’s ceremony when Tyler Crispen opted not to change the eviction line-up. However, it didn’t show the aftermath of that shocking decision which could well lead to another blindside in the voting on August 2.
Bayleigh had targeted Brett, who came close to being evicted in Week 3. Although he was the choice of five houseguests then, it was the other nominee, Winston Hines, who ended up ousted after six of his rival contestants voted him out of the competition. In the first few days after being...

Brett Robinson couldn’t convince Tyler Crispen to use his Power of Veto to save him from facing possible eviction on Thursday’s live episode of “Big Brother.” According to our survey of #BB20 viewers, Brett is likely to lose the vote to Rachel Swindler and will be the fifth houseguest eliminated.
While this is the first time for Rachel to face a jury of her peers, Brett came close to being evicted in Week 3. Although he was the pick of five houseguests, the other nominee, Winston Hines, saw his time in the house come to an end when six of his rival contestants voted him out.
Robinson, a 25-year-old cybersecurity engineer from Charlestown, Massachusetts, was singled out for elimination in week 5 by Head of Household Bayleigh Drayton, who is also 25. That flight attendant from Atlanta also nominated Swindler but assured the 29-year-old Las Vegas showgirl that she was merely a pawn in the game.

New Head of Household Bayleigh Dayton has made it clear that she wants Brett Robinson to leave the “Big Brother” house this week, so she nominated him for eviction on Sunday night. Bayleigh also nominated Rachel Swindler, but promised her that she was a pawn and even told her about her secret power app as a way to gain her trust. Did Bayleigh’s plan to send home Brett get one step closer to fruition? Or did tonight’s Veto completely derail her plans?

“There was a comment that you are trans,” Moundiux told her. When Swindler asked who made the comment, he replied, “I did.”

According to “Big Brother” viewers, Brett Robinson will be the fifth houseguest evicted from “Big Brother” on August 2. That flight attendant from Atlanta also nominated Rachel Swindler. However she quickly assured this 29-year-old Las Vegas showgirl that she was merly a pawn in the game.
America certainly doesn’t want to see Rachel leave the house this week. In our ongoing poll, she has registered a mere 14% of the vote while Brett has racked up a whopping 55% of the total tally. The other 31% want someone else evicted. If you haven’t cast your ballot yet, be sure to do so at the bottom of this post and then have your say in our comments section.

Season 20 of “Big Brother” has seen the eviction of four houseguests. Traditionally at this point in the competition, that quartet would fight it out for the right to return by winning the Battle Back Showdown. This year, the producers thought of a different way of having one of the evictees return to the #BB20 house: the Bonus Life Power App. When its owner, Sam Bledsoe, didn’t use this power after the first three evictions of Steve Arienta, Chris “Swaggy C” Williams and Winston Hines, it was automatically given to the fourth houseguest sent packing, Kaitlyn Herman.
However, she suffered an epic fail on July 26 when she couldn’t put a life-size puzzle version of herself back together in the allotted time. “Big Brother” producers now face a quandary as to what to do next. There are only 12 houseguests remaining with nine weeks to go till the finale on September...

Sunday’s episode of “Big Brother” will begin by showing us the immediate aftermath of Kaitlyn Herman‘s shocking elimination last Thursday. She had the chance to win her way back into the #BB20 house via the Bonus Life Power App. However, in an epic fail, she couldn’t put herself back together in puzzle form in the allotted time.
Sam Bledsoe had been the Week 4 Head of Household who oversaw the ouster of Kaitlyn on July 26. She didn’t take part in the competition later that night to find her successor, which will be shown on Sunday’s show. Vying for the title of Week 5 HoH were the other remaining 11 houseguests: Haleigh Broucher, Kaycee Clark, Tyler Crispen, Bayleigh Dayton, Angie “Rockstar” Lantry, Jc Monduix, Brett Robinson, Angela Rummans, Scottie Salton, Faysal Shafaat and Rachel Swindler.
