- Fluent in Spanish and English. In Spanish, he speaks in six more different accents. He speaks English with standard American accent. His dialect coach in Los Angeles was Amy Chaffee.
- Professional photographer. He's best known for his actors headshots and animal shots.
- Admires the work of filmmakers like James Cameron, Stanley Kubrick, Steven Spielberg, Christopher Nolan, Tim Burton, John Carpenter and Alejandro Amenábar. In 2011, he met John Carpenter in a Q & A in Universal Studios. In 2012, coming out the Bronson caves (near the Hollywood mountains), randomly he met Christopher Nolan, along with Jonathan Nolan. He admits, that once he watched Batman Begins in 2005, in a bullring in Spain. One week before, he shook hands with Tom Cruise, in the premiere of War of the Worlds.
- In August 2008, after auditioning with a stand-up comedy in front of an audience in a shopping mall, got a callback to work in a Puerto Rican comedy TV show. Due to schedule conflicts, while working for the Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, Florida, he declined the project.
- In 2010, he got a gig distributing flyers near street lights for a kids summer camp, dressed as a pink flamingo. As a result of the humidity mixed with the summer heat, he lost ten pounds. Those lost ten pounds got him ready for his role as a bum in the international award-winning short film, Gabi. One of the best memories he takes of this film, is working with actress, Dalia Davi and Linda, the trained dog.
- During the shooting of the AXE Hair commercial, he confessed to director, that he always suffered from dandruff. His birthmark was covered using a black magic marker. The commercial originally was only to be used for in-store promotions. According to the director, the client for AXE loved the commercial spot so much, it was aired in cinemas and TV networks in Puerto Rico. The commercial spot was also aired in Dominican Republic. While working in the soap opera, Eva Luna, a Mexican teenager approached Ramír with the following question: "are you the guy of the dandruff commercial?".
- The name of Ramiro is from Teutonic/Visigoth origin. In the history of Spain, there were three kings with the name of Ramiro. In his family, he is Ramiro the 4th.
- Ramír played Catcher in a short thesis film for NYFA called The Pickle. In that same baseball park at Griffith Park where the film was shot, the baseball scene in the beginning of the film Hook (starring Robin Williams), was also shoot in the same location.
- In the film Feel the Noise, where he has a cameo as a bartender in a club, was shoot in an actual club named The Noise. Back in the 90's, according to many Puerto Rican rappers, The Noise, was the club where the music genre, underground, started.
- When working in the pilot for Warner Bros. TV, The Curse of the Fuentes Women, director Jason Ensler, nicknamed Ramír, Lionhart. The motive was because of his birthmark.
- During the shooting of the Warner Bros. pilot, The Curse of the Fuentes Women, Ramír enjoyed working with director, Jason Ensler. The actors on set had no egos. While playing the role of a busboy called Lionhart, this name given courtesy from Ensler on set, because of his white birthmark. The funniest moment while working on the restaurant, is the moment where Christina Vidal (Lola), gets on a chair, to talk to the restaurant staff. Speaking of a live music band, a car passing nearby with a loud merengue, started making her dance.
- He met his soul mate ten years ago, but suddenly, she disappeared.
- HIs favorite film is Terminator 2. The Dark Knight and Godfather pt. 2, are some of the sequels that are way better than the first films. The Scream franchise (except Scream 4), Swimfan, Urban Legend, the Fast & Furious and Saw, are some of his favorite titles.
- Before it starts to rain, suddenly, Ramír starts sneezing.
- In Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, two Japanese women asked Ramír: "are you the guy dancing with the newspaper in that commercial, we see at the cinemas?".
- Ramír met actress/dancer, Annette Charles, in Warner Brothers studios, five months before she died. Annette Charles was best known for her role as ChaCha DiGregorio in the musical, Grease.
- The three US films that most made him cry are the following: Titanic, Forest Gump and Interstellar. The three films come from Paramount Studios. Interstellar is a story in which Ramír, feels identified with. By personal reasons, he has never revealed why. The Sea Inside, a Spanish film starring Javier Bardem, is another film that made Ramír cry his eyes out.
- When working on the film, Cannibal King, Ramír spent three hours on the make-up chair from the grievance zombie role. After those hours, he fasted for seven hours, due to the prosthetic he had on his mouth. In the scene were the tribesmen attack the zombies, the stunt was shot in three takes and with no safety mattress.
- For the role of Francisco, in the short film Mala Vida (Bad Life), Ramír dropped 20 pounds. For two months and a half, he ate salad two times a day. Jogged in the morning and attended the gym, in the afternoon. He admitted to have suffered sugar addiction.
- Ramir was called by the casting director for the role of rapper, Vico C, in the biopic that goes for the same name. He declined the invitation for this audition due that, one month and a half, is very little time to study the life of this pioneer rapper of Puerto Rico. He doesn't regret this decision because Loupz, the son of Vico C, starred in this film. A similar casting was done for the film, Straight Outta Compton, from F. Gary Gray. Ramir plays the role of the record label representative, that greets Vico C, in his first flight to Dominican Republic.
