- Michael Nauman is an American writer, actor and musician known for roles in short features, stage, radio broadcasts and motion pictures. As a musical composer, he has been credited with the creation and production of original music for several video game titles and radio commercials, as well as headlining with contemporary recording artists on tour.
Michael is an accomplished keyboardist and lead vocalist. In addition to live performances, he has been involved in numerous recording sessions for various artists and projects. He lives in his home state of Oklahoma. He remains active with various appearances of his persona, "American Mike" and can be heard on local radio news and talk stations mixing his brand of humor with political commentary.

- In 1982, Michael Nauman, a student of Go Ju Ryu, placed second behind the national defending men's heavy weight color belt champion at a national competition. At this time, Michael was 17 years old however, because of his height, he was moved to the men's division where he quickly rose through the ranks. He ended his competitive martial art career after suffering a back injury during training.
- Michael played keyboards for local bands in Oklahoma, Florida and New York. Despite being an accomplished vocalist, he spent more time writing and producing original music for commercials and video games and maintains an active recording studio in Oklahoma City today. He has amassed a large classic synthesizer collection and created unique studio solutions which help him create his unique style.
- Michael's began his voice-over career with WLVJ 640 in Royal Palm Beach Florida as a first-call position for commercial production. He also landed 2 long running radio shows on the same station. During this time, drawing from his years of music experience, he began production of Snap Trax, commercial bed tracks used by many radio stations across the US.
