Actor Nara Rohith, who played the role of a rebellious politician in the 2014 film Prathinidhi, is all set to reprise his character in the sequel, Prathinidhi 2. The makers of the film unveiled the first look poster of the film on social media, along with the release date. The film is slated to hit the screens on January 25, 2024, coinciding with the Republic Day weekend.

The film is directed by Murthy Devagupthapu, who has previously helmed films like Nenu Local and Ninnu Kori. Versatile Telugu actor Sree Vishnu’s next film, which is being directed by Ram Abbaraju, who proved his mettle with the hilarious family entertainer ‘Vivaha Bhojanambu’, officially went on floors on Sunday with a grand pooja ceremony.
Billed to be a complete fun-filled family entertainer, the story for the untitled movie is by Bhanu Bogavarapu while its dialogues are by Nandu Savirigana.
The launching ceremony was attended by a host of celebrities including Anil Sunkara, V I Anand, Nara Rohit, Vijay Kanakamedala and A R Mohan.

Krishna SripadaVeera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu - the title of the movie gives us some interesting 'clues', a word the director is so fond of. If he had a dollar for every time the word "clue" was used, he could have earned the budget to pull off what he seemingly had in mind. Indrasena R, the director of the movie, was definitely not short of ideas, some his own, some borrowed from Hollywood. The good news is that those ideas do not include obscenities. The bad news is that some of those ideas are outlandish to say the least.
