Some would say "that you can take the girl out of the trailer park, but you can't take the trailer park out of the girl" and Mandy would have to agree, although making it in the Big City, at heart she has that Small Town Charisma. Her ability to channel courage with vulnerability comes from working in a Mine to help pay her way through College at Humber College in Toronto for Acting for Film and Television. Even though they were some of the hardest days, they were the ones that taught her some of the most valuable lessons.
Since become an Actor Mandy has also branched out to writing and producing. Her short film The Audition won her Best Actress in Stormy Horror Film Festival and has screened around the world. Her newest Large Principle Role in the upcoming film 'Invited' has her back in horror/thriller showcasing why she is a Scream Queen. Mandy's ability to stand strong while her heart is cracking or also carry her emotions on her sleeve and really feel the loss gives her a dynamic power in her roles.
